CAMPING?
There is the option to camp FOR FREE on the grounds the night of the wedding. You’re very welcome to bring a tent or a campervan, and everything will be clearly signposted when you arrive.
The campsite has full toilet and shower facilities, so you’ll be able to freshen up comfortably throughout your stay. Please note that the camping field is non‑electric, and the same goes for campervans in the car park, so plan accordingly if you rely on powered equipment. WE RECOMMEND bringing a torch AS THERE'S NOT CURRENTLY ANY OUTDOOR LIGHTING.
If you would like to camp, please get in touch so we can share the relevant details with the venue and make sure a space is reserved for you.

what’s the dress code?
we’d love guests to dress in smart, summery wedding attire. although the wedding has a festival-inspired feel, we kindly ask that you avoid casual clothing such as shorts, trainers, or flip flops. sandals or chunky heels are recommended as some areas are gravelled or on grass. we also ask that guests avoid white, red, or black dresses (accents of these colours are fine).
what about food and drink?
we’ll have pre paid street food vendors running throughout the day and evening. 'anotai' will be serving up lunch, and 'midnight pizza' will be sorting dinner in the early evening (check out the “food & drink” tab for more details).
there will also be light refreshments and snacks available all day long, savoury and sweet. please let us know if you have any dietary requirements when you rsvp.
drinks will be available to buy from the on-site bar, and in the afternoon a vintage ice cream bike will be stopping by (ice cream will be available to purchase).
are little ones welcome?
yes, of course! however it's worth noting the 'festival theme' will be pumped up from 5pm onwards, which will involve loud music, flashing lights and the potential for mosh pits (just kidding).
can i bring a guest?
we’d love to keep numbers manageable, so we kindly ask that only those named on your invitation attend.
where can i park?
there is plenty of free parking onsite which will be clearly marked out.
taxis can drop off/pick up at the site entrance.
i am coming from out of town. where should i stay?
there are plenty of hotels/b&bs in king’s stanley, stonehouse & stroud.
to get into the festival spirit we've also got the option of camping at the grounds, with shower facilities available, please just give us a heads up!
is the wedding inside or outside?
the celebrations will be a mixture of indoors and outdoors so please bring a jacket for the evening and an umbrella just in case.
what's going on during the day?
expect a day full of celebrations from the ceremony and speeches to live music, games, and a silent disco to finish the night.
what is a silent disco?
it's a disco, but instead of the music playing out loud, it comes through wireless headphones.
there will be three different channels of music you can switch freely between offering different tunes to get you singing and dancing.
is there a gifts registry?
as much as gifts would be appreciated, we have everything we need!
we would kindly accept monetary donations towards our honeymoon fund.
do i need to bring my wedding ticket?
there is no need to bring your ticket with you to the wedding.
should i say goodbye when i leave?
It might seem a bit strange, but as you're ready to head off, we kindly ask that guests do not seek out the bride and groom to say goodbye. Consider it a small gift to us by letting us stay fully present and enjoy our day to the fullest.
